I don't know what it is I know what it is but I don't have one I have one but I barely use it I have one and I use it often

Have you ever signed documents digitally?

I don't know what it is I've seen it but I've never done it I've signed a digital document I sign documents digitally regularly

Could you install your digital certificate and export it to another computer?

I don't know how to do it I tried but I couldn't I can install it but not export it I can install and export it without any problem

How do you manage your email?

I don't have an email account or someone manages it for me I basically use it to read and send occasional messages I use it daily with folders, filters and organisation I use it professionally with rules, labels, signatures and automatic replies

Could you attach files and use BCC (blind carbon copy)?

I don't know how to attach files I can attach files but I don't know what BCC is I can attach, use BCC and reply to all I can also schedule sends, create templates and manage mailing lists

Do you use email to communicate with the administration or companies?

No, never Very rarely Yes, for basic communications Yes, it's my main formal means of communication

Basic or none I know the basics: writing documents, simple tables Intermediate level: formats, formulas, presentations Advanced level: macros, complex functions, databases

I don't know what it is I know what it is but I don't use it I use it to save and share files I use it daily with sync and collaborative work

Could you solve basic technical problems on your computer?

No, I always need help I know how to restart and connect peripherals I know how to install programs, connect printers, manage files I know how to format, make backups and solve common problems

How do you manage your passwords?

I use the same one for everything I use different ones but I remember them all I use a password manager I use a manager + two-factor authentication

Can you spot a phishing or online scam attempt?

I wouldn't know how to spot it I think so, but I'm not sure I know how to spot the most common ones I spot them easily and I know how to act

Do you know and apply security measures in your daily digital life?

I don't apply any special measures I have antivirus installed I have antivirus and I update the software regularly I also use VPN, encryption and make regular backups

No, I go to the bank in person I only check balances I make transfers and online payments I manage everything online: pay slips, receipts, investments

Do you carry out procedures with public administration online (e-government website)?

No, I go in person or call I've done a procedure every now and then I do several procedures online (employment record, census, etc.) I do almost all my procedures through the e-government website

Do you shop online regularly?

I never buy online Very rarely I buy from time to time I buy often and I know the security measures
